Movement Before Muscle

Initial Assessment

The Initial Assessment is a focused assessment of how your body currently organises posture, gait, tension, and movement. It’s not a workout - it’s about understanding how you move, so you can rebuild efficiently and sustainably.

You’ll leave with clear insight into your structure and a personalised direction for next steps.

  • • Fascia education + Functional Patterns introduction
    • Posture and gait imaging
    • Movement assessment
    • Intro to Myofascial release + corrective sequencing
    • Follow-up report (imbalances, priorities, recommendations, lifestyle links)

  • Initial consult 90 minutes

  •  IDR 1,200,000
    (approx. $75 USD)

Biomechanics Training (1:1)

(1:1) corrective, fascia-focused training tailored to your unique structure and movement history.

Each session targets the client's individual movement patterns - addressing posture, gait, alignment, and compensations - meeting you exactly where you are and working to re-tension the fascia in order to create a balanced physical structure on which to build sustainable strength and optimise long-term movement.

  • • Posture + gait rebalancing
    • Integrated strength development
    • Movement pattern retraining
    • Stability, rotation, coordination
    • Long-term structural adaptation

  • Single Session (60 minutes)

    IDR 1,200,000
    (approx. $75 USD)

  • 2 Sessions Per Week

    IDR 2,000,000 per week
    (approx. $125 USD)

Equivalent to: IDR 1,000,000 per session

Sessions must be used within the scheduled week.

    3 Sessions Per Week

    IDR 2,700,000 per week
    (approx. $170 USD)

Equivalent to: IDR 900,000 per session

Sessions must be used within the scheduled week.

Myofascial Release Class

A guided, self-administered myofascial release session using specialised tools to reduce tension, ease pain, and restore mobility throughout the body.

Unlike traditional stretching methods that pull on ligaments and can create instability, this class focuses on hydrating the deep fascia and down-regulating the nervous system through targeted pressure, precise body positioning, and conscious breathing.

Max: Eight - Ten people

  • Single Class

    IDR 250,000
    (approx. $16 USD)

  • • Improved tissue hydration and quality
    • Reduced tension and pain
    • Enhanced mobility
    • Improved neuromuscular awareness
    • Deep relaxation and nervous system reset

  • 5 Class Pack
    IDR 1,100,000 (~$70 USD)
    Validity: 6 weeks

    10 Class Pack
    IDR 2,000,000 (~$125 USD)
    Validity: 10 weeks

Dynamic Movement Class

A faster-paced, circuit-style class designed for clients who have completed at least three private sessions, ensuring the structural foundation needed for dynamic, multiplanar movement.

Unlike typical group fitness classes, clients receive ongoing coaching, adjustments, and movement corrections throughout the session to maintain proper biomechanics under load.

  • Creates:

    • Increased strength and stamina
    • Better coordination and rotation
    • Improved movement efficiency under load
    • Greater structural resilience

    Requirements: ≥ three private sessions
Class Size: 6 to 8 people (booking required)

  • Training Blocks

    6-Week Training Block

    1 Class Per Week

    IDR 2,100,000
    (approx. $130 USD)

Equivalent to IDR 350,000 per class

    Validity: 6 consecutive weeks

    6-Week Training Block

    2 Classes Per Week

    IDR 3,900,000
    (approx. $245 USD)

Equivalent to IDR 325,000 per class

    Validity: 6 consecutive weeks

  • Drop-in spaces may occasionally be available for existing clients who have completed private training, however priority is given to clients enrolled in the 6-week training blocks.

Structural Reset Program

12-Week Movement Transformation

Designed for individuals seeking a structured path to long-term movement improvement, this program combines private biomechanics training with dynamic movement classes at a discounted rate.

It is ideal for those who want to build momentum, track progress, and achieve results far more efficiently than occasional sessions allow.

  • By committing to a consistent and progressive training pathway, you give your body the time, repetition, and guidance required to create lasting structural change.

Your training is planned and prioritised in advance, allowing you to simply show up and get to work.

  •  • Initial biomechanics consultation (90 minutes)
    • 12 private biomechanics training sessions
    • 12 dynamic movement classes
    • Posture and gait reassessment at program completion
    • Personalised corrective priorities and progress guidance

  • IDR 18,000,000
    (approx. $1,125 USD)

    Save 2,400,000 IDR

    (approx. $150 USD)

  • 12 weeks

Sessions and classes must be used within the 12-week program period.

The Structural Reset often becomes the foundation for ongoing training, allowing clients to continue refining movement patterns, strengthening their structure, and progressing toward higher levels of efficiency, resilience, and performance.

FAQ’s

  • Unlike traditional exercise—which often isolates muscles or focuses on frontal-plane movement—FP restores alignment, balance, and proportional strength to reduce pain and improve long-term performance.

This is movement before muscle. Leave the “no pain, no gain” mindset at the door. Integrated training challenges the body in ways that build structure, resilience, and strength that lasts.

  • No. Functional Patterns is suitable for bodies at every stage: chronic pain, movement restrictions, coordination challenges, or those simply focused on longevity—as well as high-level athletes.

Training begins with corrective work to restore alignment, balance, and movement sequencing. This helps undo imbalances created by lifestyle factors such as prolonged sitting, injury compensation, or repetitive sports.

We meet you where you are. No two structures are the same, and every program is built accordingly.

  • An initial consultation.
Assessment and testing come first—before retraining and restoration can begin.

  • The first five-ten sessions are slower paced and highly focused. The goal is to build neurological connections between brain and body, creating optimal tension and integrated muscle activation.

Movements are closely observed and precisely cued—directing how you tilt, shift, rotate, and engage—to rebalance tissue and awaken muscles in ways that may feel unfamiliar.

    You will feel challenged.
    You will feel seen.
You will step outside your comfort zone—this is where change begins.

  • For meaningful structural change, one–two sessions per week to start.
You’ll also be given homework to support your training and accelerate results.

  • This approach is based on Functional Patterns and the human gait cycle — focusing on how the body moves as a whole, rather than isolating muscles.
The goal is to restore natural movement patterns, not just improve fitness.
