Case Studies
Across approximately 30 training sessions between mid-March 2025 and January 2026 - with breaks in June/July and October/November - significant improvements were seen in posture, stability, and movement patterns. These included improved ribcage and pelvic alignment, better lat engagement with reduced trap dominance, reduced knee valgus and hyperextension, improved shoulder and head alignment, and more balanced weight distribution through the heels.
Over roughly 22 training sessions, Asha made strong improvements in posture, alignment, and stability - especially important given her hypermobile joints. Improvements included more even weight distribution, reduced ribcage compression, improved shoulder, head and neck alignment, reduced knee valgus and anterior pelvic tilt, improved spinal alignment and thoracic extension, and better abdominal tension and overall structural support.
Decompressed and aligned torso, knees are relaxed and not hyper extended, weight is balanced between front and back/ left and right, reduced scoliosis and lumbar lordosis, better abdominal tension, significantly reduced rotations, healthy and glowing!
